We were lucky enough to recently spend the weekend at the beautiful Lotus Feed Yoga Center on a Yol Trip. We ate like royalty, relaxed, practiced yoga and engaged in a service project with Forget Me Not Farm in Santa Rosa. It was very special weekend.
The adventure started Friday… San Francisco to London, then a van to the little village of Aston where the bike riding began.
